Error when launching SQL Server Management Studio

I have had Redgate installed as an add in to SSMS for a while now, but for the last few days I've been getting an error when I launch SSMS.  Running SQL Server 2016.

And since I've been getting this error, queries that would normally take seconds to run are taking so long I'm having to cancel them.  Not sure if this is related.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

    Hi Karen_Wickham can you clarify if this is Prompt or actually SoC (or do you have both installed)?

    Both are installed.  Not sure which is causing the issue.
