SQL Result view is blank

After I compared my two databases with SQL compare, I would see what code part is different in table or stored procedure etc. But today I used SQL compare, I can see there is list of different items but I cannot see which part is different inside. The result SQL view is blank. I don't understand why it suddenly stop showing. Please help me. Thanks.
