We've just added a new beta section to SQL Monitor called "
Estate" where you can manage Installed Versions and Disk Capacity for all your monitored servers.
This is available to try now on
monitor.red-gate.com, and will be released in version 8.0.10 this week.
Installed Versions
The Installed Versions page shows details of the versions of SQL Server installed across your monitored estate. As well as listing the versions, we also tell you whether they are in support or not, what the latest update available is and provide a direct link to download the update.
Disk Capacity Planning
The Disk Capacity Planning page provides data on historical disk usage and projected data growth across your estate. From this you can see estimates on when disks are likely to fill up. There is also an overview for your estate to show you how much space you are currently using, and what the projected requirements will be.
As both of these features are currently in beta, we'd love to hear feedback and suggestions for them. Please
contact the development team with your comments.
