Drag and drop scrambles the table names

When dragging a table into the query editor the name gets scrambled. Example: [myTableName]
becomes myT[myTableName]ableName 
The same thing happens with column names

    Un-installing the Redgate SSMS integration fixes this issue. Note: Upgrading Redgate and upgrading SSMS did not fix this issue
