Installation error: Failed to run SQL Toolbelt error 0x80070057

Downloaded a trial version of Redgate SQL Compare (SQLToolbelt.exe: file verson: 2.2.0.2468), and run in the admin mode however, I see following error:  Failed to run SQL Toolbelt error 0x80070057. 
Also, tried installing using console in admin mode and running exe file: still getting same file. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Thanks.

    Thanks for your post. 

    Please try the latest Toolbelt instead, which was released just earlier today. 

    ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/SQLToolbelt/02Jul2018/SQLToolbelt.exe

    I get the same error. I have tried downloading directly from my account page and also tried the install package You link to..... actually also tried installing just SQL Prompt.

    any suggestions?
