The number of activations for this serial number has been exceeded

Hi,
I had SQL prompt installed on my PC. I am moving to a laptop and trying to install the same on the laptop. It was complaining as per the subject. So I downloaded the deactivation tool and deactivated it from the PC (although it crashed but when I ran it again it didn't detect any serial number ). I then uninstalled SQL Prompt from my PC and installed it on the laptop. while doing the activation, it still complains about "The number of activations for this serial number has been exceeded"
The version I have is SQL Prompt 8

    Please send us a ticket and include your serial key so that we can add an activation to it from our end, allowing you to use the product once more.
