Keyboard Shortcuts Missing In Visual Studio / SQL Prompt 9

I'm using SQL Prompt in both VS 2017 and SSMS 2014. I used the latest download of SQL Prompt 9 to install to both environments. Installation completed without incident.

In SSMS, SQL Prompt looks correct and functions correctly using keyboard shortcuts. In VS, the menu appears with all of the appropriate menu choices but all of the keyboard shortcuts are missing.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling SQL Prompt with the same results.

    Can you confirm which version of Prompt you're currently on? We had a very recent release.

    The newest version, 9.1.15.5260 appears to have corrected the issue.
