How to push Static Data

I've set up static tables and they are stored on my TFS and pulled down into my automated release. However, Schema compare doesn't appear to have an option for deploying the static data, and data compare says it can only use a database as the source. How do I deploy the static data?

Static data support in Data Compare for Oracle will be delivered in v5, the next major release, expected to be available at the end of the quarter or shortly thereafter. We can supply you with preview build if you'd like to try it out now? We would welcome the feedback.
