Did formatting for comments recently change?

I often like to keep my comments aligned as seen in top half of the attached screenshot. This hasn't been a problem until recently. Although I haven't knowingly upgraded SQL Prompt recently, today when I format, the whitespace is being removed and those comments are shoved up against the aliases. Is there a way to tell SQL Prompt to leave my comments where I put them to begin with? Note: I see this same behavior whether I use -- or /**/ for my comments. 



I am currently using version 9.1.2.4363.

    Never mind....I just found the right checkbox. Must have missed it the first time I looked through!!
