Unable to start Redgate client service in windows server

Hi Team,

We have installed redgate tools in one of our server but Redgate client service not running properly and while restarting the service we are getting the following error.

"
windows could not stop the redgate client service on local computer.

Error 1061: The service cannot accept control messages at this time "
