Ignore Replication Column

Hi, our upper environments participate in replication while our lower ones do not. SQL Compare can effectively ignore the replication triggers, but for the tables in the upper environments that participate in merge replication and have a [rowguid] column, it forces false-positive table changes. Is there anyway to ignore the [rowguid] columns?

    This isn't currently possible to do in SQL Compare. I've checked as well and there are no current plans to have this as an option.
