If you don't get a reply from the community you can always send us a ticket so that an engineer can look in to this for you if you have a support contract.

I figured out what it was. Even though I dropped the table from the database and removed if from the table mapping with Redgate sql compare I still needed to remove it from source control with Visual Studio. This is why when I ran the compare it would still show up. User error. Thanks
