We've just published our report on the state of SQL Server Monitoring survey we carried out earlier this year.
We asked people across a range of sectors, in organizations of every size around the globe, about how they monitor SQL Server, the technologies they work with, and what they thought the biggest challenges were for them and their estates over the next 12 months.
We got an excellent response which has allowed us to draw some solid conclusions, including;
Migrating to the cloud is the biggest challenge expected this year.
Managing data protection, security and compliance is the biggest challenge right now.
Estates are growing in size and complexity, and the rate of deployments is increasing.
