problem with licensing

Good afternoon.

I have a SQL Monitor 7, I tried to upgrade it to 8 but the software couldn’t upgrade, so I had to removed it  and reinstall the previous version. The trouble is when I want to active it, the SQL Monitor automatically desactivate itself and I have to activate once again. What can I do?, I need your help.

    Why won't it allow you to use version 8? 
    Also, what error is it showing when Monitor automatically deactivates itself?

    This is the error 


    The reason why  I couldn't upgrade, was the SQL upgrade needs delete some indexes, but SQL couldn't do it. So I deleted those  manually but when the upgrade was running again, SQL needs that indexes.

    As long as you have a valid and supported serial key to use, then you can put this in and it will come out of trial mode.
