Ignore differences in contraint names not working?

I am only interested in differences between the columns of the tables (trying to see if there are missing columns). So I want to ignore for example default constraint names. I have tried with all related project options, but have not been able to ignore constraint name differences. Comparison done between scripts folder and a database. Using the latest SQL Compare version available (v. 13.3.1.5775).

    I had the same issue, and it turned out there was something *else* different in the script. If there's any other differences between source --> destination, then sql compare will flag the constraint name, along with the other change.
