Is there a restore-only version/license to restore but not backup RedGate backup files?

Have not been using Red Gate backups for a few years - using another product - thinking of switching to Red Gate. Current product had a restore-only free license so I can do things like restore DB to local workstation for development, etc.

Does Red Gate backup have an equivalent function?

Thank you.

There's a free SQB Converter utility which will convert a Redgate backup into a native SQL Server backup.  This would of course uncompress the backup if you had used Redgate compression, and would require your password to decrypt the backup if it was encrypted.
