Dashboard TOP 10's available on Reports?

If there's a way to do this I'd love to hear it, but I can't seem to find a way to make it happen.

While viewing an individual instance on the dashboard, I can see the following two tile options:
1. Top 10 Queries
2. Top 10 Waits

Why would something so useful not be available under Analysis or Reports?

Ideally, the goal would be to create a report(s) that showed these (and possibly more) that could be sent to developers weekly so they know what queries they need to look at.

Is this possible?
