Visual FoxPro 9 SP2

There's a .dbt file that I've been working on for a year on Asus laptop on Windows 7. However, after the Windows 8 update, I suddenly can't open it anymore. It gives the following message: 'Error: 2091' Any thoughts why?

    The main reasons which corrupt your DBT file:
    Improper system shutdowns
    Virus or malware attacks
    Unknown issues occur in the database program
    Software confliction
    Old version of DBT application
    Hard disk failure, etc.
    To fix this problem, go to the "FoxPro database recovery" section.
