Trying to upgrade from 9.1.3.142 to 9.2.1.128 on two Windows server 2003 with SQL server version 8.0.0.760 and 9.0.0.5057.
Get error during Copying and running SQBServerSetup: Unable to copy and run installer on <server name>

    Thanks RichardL,
You pointed me to the information I needed. This link is exactly what I was looking for.

My upgrade issue has nothing to do with version conflicts.

Istead of remote upgrade server components from GUI, I did a local manuel upgrade. Run the SQBServerSetup.exe from the "main SQL backup server" folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Gate\SQL Backup 9)
