DLM Automation with Octopus Deploy

I am doing a PoC with DLM Automation and Octopus Deploy using the DLM Automation Step Templates for Octopus Deploy. My first test is with the template "Red Gate - Deploy from Package. This seems to be working except that I can't get it to deploy changes to permissions and roles. Is there a option I need to use for this?

    This turned out to be a configuration error in my CI step. IgnoreUsersPermissionsAndRoleMemberships is the default. After changing this all is well.
