This is due to a limitation in the CHM viewer. The pages are included in the .chm file, but cannot be viewed if it is on a network drive, or via a UNC path.

There is a workaround here http://www.technipages.com/unable-to-open-chm-files-on-a-network-drive.html which should fix the problem.

I have compiled my documentation into a CHM.
I put it on a server. (In my case, my S:\ drive).
Now, it can't find the associated html files. (It looks for them on my C:\ drive.) I get the message "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" when I open the chm (and get the default page.)
Is there any way around this?
