Debugging ActiveX Interop

Is it possible to debug events raised by an ActiveX control hosted on a Windows Form using Reflector 10.0 Pro and Visual Studio Pro 2017?

Edit: The control in question was written in VB6 and is wrapped by an AxImp-generated wrapper.
