10.0.4 update ignores install path; always installs to Program Files (x86)

The installer for 10.0.4 is broken. It ignores the user's installation path and always writes to the 32-bit Program Files (x86) (after removing the previously-installed 10.0.3 from the 64-bit Program Files).

    We've never installed to anywhere other than \Program Files (x86)\, and that behaviour has never changed. What makes you say its broken?

    Did you change the default path to the 64 bit program files in your previous install?
