SQL Prompt 9 - Missing Tables in Suggestion Drop down

I'm using SSMS 2014 with Sql Prompt 9.0.0.3116
I have tables that are not showing up in the suggestions drop down. I've clicked Refresh Suggestions (even though these tables are years old) and still they are not showing up. Is there something else I can do?

    Ugh... I was happy to find a forum post with exactly the same issue I have, only to find out that RG never responded???!!!  Please help - my SQL Prompt 9.4.x with SSMS 17.9.1 shows no table suggestions.  It sucks because no other suggestions/auto-completes are working (such as INSERT INTO completing the rest of the statement - columns and values).
