We are using sqlbackup 9 for backups, when i logged onto the server i have a message to upgrade to an advanced version. I clicked INSTALL and closed the application , the progress stalled with the following message:
Quit Applications
You need to quit the following applications before installation can continue
C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Gate\SQL Backup 9\RedGate.SQLBackup.UI.exe
This never happened on different servers . please advice.
