Anyone have advice for getting Format SQL functioning in Visual Studio 2017 using keyboard shortcuts?

    No worries, I've just fixed this myself.

    Options > Keyboard
    Find SQLPrompt.FormatSQL
    Using Ctrl+K, Ctrl+Y and set the 'Use new shortcut in' Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools, T-SQL Editor
