Deaqctivate a single license

I have 100 licenses of SQL Backup. We had a server crash and moved the databases from that server to another production server that was already licensed for SQL Backup. I want to reclaim the license from the first server as it will never be rebuilt. I downloaded the deactivation tool but that appears to be for the bundles only and thats not what I need.
