Is possible to generate a script from the project that can be run from command line which would generate a differences reports database? Microsoft are moving towards command line admiration with PowerShell- great for ex Linux/Unix people. Does Redgate have any intention of making it easy to run report from command line using power shell in future?

You may already have found the sqlcompare.exe command line application, which loads a SQL Compare project and can generate a report of the comparison/deployment it performs. There are also some PowerShell cmdlets in a product called DLM Automation.
