How to exclude users from comparison?

I've checked Ignore Permissions, user properties, users' permissions and role memberships but the comparison keeps showing me users that exist in prod db that don't exist in our dev db. How can I filter these out? I can do so in VS Data Tools.

I'm using Sql Compare 13.1 (the UI - eventually I'll transition to command-line)

    Have you tried using filters? These can also be passed in to the command line using /filter.

    No worries. You're certainly not the first! Once this sidebar disappears, it's hard to know that it's available. This is a UX issue on our end that needs some further thought. Glad that it's what you were looking for.
