Why doesn't the Reflector Visual Studio add-in work with the community edition of Visual Studio? This seems like a configuration problem, not a technical problem. There is not much difference between Visual Studio 2017 Professional and Community.

    Ok well the Manifest is set correctly:

    So I'll have to spin up a VM to install the CE on and run some tests.

    I can't reproduce the issue you're having I'm afraid. Are you using an old version perhaps?
