DBCC CLONEDATABASE not showing in Intellisense on SQL 2014 SP2-CU8

SSMS 17.4 SQLPrompt 9.0.4.3408

It should be available in Intellisense, but it isn't. It is available when I connect to a server that runs SQL 2016 SP1-CU6.
