Comparing Encrypted stored procedures not functional

After looking through the SQL Compare Previous Versions forum , I seem to have gather that SQL Compare can no long decrypt SQL2005 stored procedures.
I am using SQL compare 7.1.0.197 currently and it does not appear to decrypt 2005 stored procedures, but does work for SQL 2008 SPs.

Is this a valid statement

    The issue turned out to be a hyphen in the database name stopping the 2005 encrypted objects being decrypted.

    If you have databases with numeric names (12345) and names with hyphens (my-database), then currently (with SQL Compare 7.1) you will be unable to decrypt encrypted objects in 2005 or 2008.
