SSMS SQLPROMPT shortcut keys don't work

I am using SSMS 12 on Windows 7 and the indicated short cut keys(CTRL-K and CTRL+Y) to format code don't work. CTRL+Y works sometimes. How can this be fixed?

    Sorry to hear about it. Unfortunately, I can't replicate the issue on my machine. Can you check your Prompt logs? Maybe they will explain the situation.
