Failed SQL Prompt 9 installation

Hi,
I'm trying to install SQL Prompt 9 but receiving an error message:

I've run the installer from my admin account.
Please, help me with this.
Maybe there is somewhere an option to not install a shortcut into Start menu.

    Finally, I've resolved this issue. I've just restarted my PC and then SQL Prompt 9 has been successfully installed.
