"code download package" for SQL Server Performance Tuning Using Wait Statistics: A Beginner’s Guide

The book is great and contains several truncated TSQL listings, one on page 16 with the reference "<…wait type filter truncated. See code download…>", and on page 34 states "see the code download package for the full listing".

I couldn't find this file anywhere. Can anyone provide the link? I recommend updating the PDF to include the link.

Hi @J_S thank you for your question! So far as I can tell the "code download" is some of the information that can be found here: https://www.sqlskills.com/blogs/paul/announcing-the-comprehensive-sql-server-wait-types-and-latch-classes-library/ - the two help pages on Waits and Latches, these two links list all of the types that you could include in the filter. Thanks!
