Is SQL Clone included in SQL Toolbelt?

From the product page for SQL Toolbelt, I was expecting SQL Clone and Data Masker to be included in the Toolbelt package. However, when I installed the latest copy (13.0 as of 10/16/2017) these 2 products were not included.

    Hi Paul, I'm afraid neither Data Masker nor SQL Clone are currently included in the SQL Toolbelt. Sorry for any confusion!

    OK. They looked interesting but our budgets are already set for this year, so no new toys.
