Installer - HiDPI support

I installed the Redgate tools today on a new laptop that has a 4K screen. After the EULA screen, the window becomes really tiny. Most (but not all) of the fonts after that point also start ignoring the system scaling factor. Can this please be added to the queue for a fix in an upcoming release?

    We're very close to releasing a new WPF installer which should deal with High DPI issues. You can try it out by downloading the Index Manager installer, which has been switched over to it already. Please do tell us how you get on - we are very interested in any feedback on the new installer.
