Excluding Offline databases from alerts

We have databases on our server that are offline. How do we exclude them from the alerts?

    Hi,

    Do you mean you are receiving 'Database unavailable' alerts for offline databases and would like to stop them?

    You can stop receiving Database unavailable alerts for specific databases with the following steps:
    1. Go to Configuration and then Alert settings
    2. Select a specific server in the left hand Monitored servers tree
    3. Expand the Database unavailable alert type and select the checkboxes for the relevant databases
    4. Click the Configure Alerts button
    5. Select the radio button 'Don't raise Database unavailable alerts on this level and all levels below'
    6. Apply changes
