how can i set the sql compare to ignore ";" (semicolon) ?

If I remember right, there is no option in SQL Compare to do so.
I've found this idea in uservoice: https://redgate.uservoice.com/forums/141379-sql-compare/suggestions/6014210-ignore-final-semicolons-when-comparing-stored-proc. You can try to upvote. -

I would love to know more about your use case here. Could you tell me a bit more about it?
Our current state on this is that we are not 100% sure what the user value here. We get that ignoring semi-colons can be beneficial but it seems like a one-off case after you make the first deployment. As I mentioned, we are unsure whether that's the case or we are missing something more important. -
User case for us is we are comparing scripts in a folder (that have semicolons -- because different developers from different companies have different coding standards) vs a snapshot of a live database.
