Job Duration Unusual SQL Monitor alert query

  Yes. If you go into the Alerts management window, on the left side of the screen you'll see your servers. You can drill down to an instance and then drill down on the instance. You'll see a list of databases. Scroll down and you'll see a list of Jobs that can be expanded. Select the job you want to modify and you can control it at that level.
