Did you set up data purging? If so, what are the rules you have on your system? If not that, is it possible someone has access to the database and could be deleting data?

Have a quick look over the troublshooting document here: http://documentation.red-gate.com/display/APP9/Troubleshooting+missing+results, as there are a lot of useful tricks to try on there. It might also be worth trying to rebuild your performance counters as this is a fairly common cause of this.

After working with ANTS Performance Profiler 9.6 pro for more than a month, suddenly, something was probably changed and now I dont see any more the Hit Count info...
Moreover, I dont see the statistics within the methods (in the code). I have only info for the method itself...
What was changed and how can I get this info back?
