License Activation Fails

Trying to register online. Get the response from below. Have tried a few times with same results. We have 30 production licenses and this would be server 19, so we have room to spare.



Activate License - Failed

Process Activation Request - Failed

The activation response does not match the registration properties.


Refresh server information - Pending

Operation pending.

    Hi there,
    If you have problems with automatic activation, you can try manual activation using the following link:

    http://www.red-gate.com/webactivation/activate.aspx

    When using the activation wizard in the SQL Backup GUI, select "Activate the license by email", and copy/paste the supplied text into the form on that page.

    Alternatively, if you require more help, contact the support team directly at support@red-gate.com (as you may need to provide the activation request being generated, and I wouldn't recommend posting that on the forums as it exposes your license key)

    I just responded to the email with the license key information.

    Looks like the manual method worked though, so I should be up and running now.
