Latest SQL Prompt update

I was using SSMS 2016 and after latest SQL Prompt update which didn't go through I had to switch to SSMS 2014, that works OK. I have submitted this issue to redgate three times, but no one responded.

    Looks like submitting request though redgate's web-site doesn't work. They responded imitatively after email request.
