Hi,
Thanks for the post, and glad it's working for you.
The Outlook 2003 add-in is still in development, so I'm afraid we haven't yet got a version we can send you.
I wonder whether you've got any general comments on the system - did the install go smoothly, is there anything you think we've missed out, or that wasn't clear?
Any feedback you've got would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi,
That's a shame, the installation went smoothly and I had no issues so far.
I was looking for an archive solution that is transparent as much as possible for the users, and I'm ipressed of the capabilities of this product, so I can't wait to test te full version as soon as possible..
I installed it on a Fileserver and connected the software to a clustered exchange 2003 environment, and it works very smoothly.
1 issue I ran into was that on the server my indexing service was disabled and through the installation the software retried to start the service, but couldn't.... so I configured the indexing service to restart manually and it passed the indexing service.

Hi,
The Indexing Service being disabled issue is something we're going to address for the final release - I don't think it's a particularly useful error message at the moment.
If you'd like to drop me an e-mail (robert dot chipperfield at red-gate com), then we can get you a build of the 2003 add-in as soon as it's available. Our best guess at the moment is that this'll be some time in January (what with various people being on holiday over Christmas), though this could change.
Do let us know if you hit any other issues in the mean time.
Thanks,
Rob
