SmartAssembly.InformationException: Could not find a part of the path running commandline, GUI works

I am running SmartAssembly from TeamCity via command line. I just updated to use the SQL server for report storage, and a network share for the SA Maps. It seems when I run commandline, SmartAssembly can't locate the network drive for storing the maps, but building the same SA project in the SA GUI works fine. I have the both processes running as the same user to rule out network permissions. This error only shows up when building project with error reporting enabled.

SmartAssembly.InformationException: Could not find a part of the path 'S:\Products\Docs\Software\SmartAssembly_MAPS\{<<my_ guid>>}.samap'.

Anyone seen this issue?
