I believe this may come up when it tries to prompt you to log-in.
If you browse to http://127.0.0.1:22221/redgate/status.html from a browser other than IE, are there any tools listed under "Recently connected products"? If so and you click on one of the products, does it allow you to log-in from there or does it load the page with the same error?

Yes - I am behind corporate firewall and proxy. No - I cannot make changes to them. Yes - I have extensively used the bundle on my previous job, so I love it and would like to use now as well.
