SmartAssembly.InformationException: Could not find a part of the path running commandline, GUI works

I am running SmartAssembly from TeamCity via command line. I just updated to use the SQL server for report storage, and a network share for the SA Maps. It seems when I run commandline, SmartAssembly can't locate the network drive for storing the maps, but building the same SA project in the SA GUI works fine. I have the both processes running as the same user to rule out network permissions. This error only shows up when building project with error reporting enabled.

The issue was related to the way Windows Services map network drives. I was able to resolve the issue by mapping the drive manually during the build process before SmartAssembly runs.
