SQL Compare v12.1.0.3760 Pro - issues after disabling TLS 1.0 and all SSL protocols

We recently disabled TLS 1.0 & SSL 3.0 and enabled TLS 1.2 and now I can't connect to any of our internal Databases.
I get the following error message
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @cmayers can you clarify if this is a SQL Monitor or Compare issue?
