500 error after installing SQL Monitor

After installing SQL Monitor, I get a 500 error when I browse to http://127.0.0.1:8080/GlobalDashboard

Have you given the AppPool Identity access to the database? See https://documentation.red-gate.com/display/SM7/Permissions for more details.
