I have two servers that I want to be sure they have the same objects in the master databases. There are extended stored procedures in server1.master that are not in server2.master, but I compare the databases, the exetended stored procedures are not reported.

I'm afraid that SQL Compare doesn't support extended stored procedures (and as they're deprecated in favour of CLR, is unlikely to do so in future).

That reply does not make sense. 2008 still has extended stored procedures and your own product SQL Backup continues to use them.
